Dr. Deen is a lecturer in Orthodontics at University of Malta, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. Dr.Deen has a special interest in skeletal anchored device (Mini-implant). Following his graduation from University of Sharjah in Emirates with ( Distinction), he worked as a general dentist for Abu Dhabi Police Policlinic. He pursued his specialisation in orthodontics at King’s College London. Dr.Deen Obtained Membership of Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeon in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
As an evidence-based clinician, Dr Deen has now published over 12 research publications, in addition supervising theses for postgraduate students.
Dr Deen is a fellow and member of many worldwide societies including the International Association of Orthodontics, World Federation of Orthodontics, British Orthodontic Society, European Orthodontic Society and others.
Dr Deen area of expertise is mostly in challenging cases related to orthognathic jaw surgery, Class III malocclusion. He provides many treatment options via the use of different type of orthodontic appliances.
